Arrival / Departure : week stays: arrival after 4 p.m, departure before 10 a.m  Short stays: arrival after 2 p.m, departure before noon.
Prices : in Euro per unit per stay including: accomodation, sheets, pillowcases, beds made up for arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up), all charges except local taxes (€ 0.60 from 01/05 to 30/09). Free access to the fitness center (sauna entry fee: € 7 per session).
Deposit: For all bookings, we require a 25% deposit (€ 60 for weekends and short breaks). If cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit shall be retained.
